Small Group Training

Small groups are limited to 8 people at any given time. This ensures each person gets the same individualized attention. In order for each group to achieve maximum results, each person in the group should have the same focus and goal. We currently offer weight management training, overall fitness and toning, boot camp training, sport specific group training ( ex: football specific group training, baseball specific group training, etc…) We provide training for ages 7-adult.
