One on One
One on One training consists of an evaluation of the athlete or individual to assess their strengths and weaknesses and to get a baseline reading. This will allow us to put an individualized program in place specifically for that athlete rather it be for strength training, sport specific training, weight management or overall fitness. Our one on one clients range from age 8 to adults.
Adult One on One Training:
This program is designed to enhance anaerobic/ aerobic. As well as increase cardio fitness and improve overall fitness and well being. We also have programs for weight management.
